Jojo Walker

A 40+ year radio veteran who got his start in his hometown of Buffalo N.Y at WUFO 1080. His on air name was Mark Vann Superman! (wow) From there he went down south to work for WTMP 1150, WMGG-FM, and W-LITE FM all in Tampa Florida.

After a 11 year stint at WYLD-FM, in 2001 Jojo retired from radio only to pull a Tom Brady and come back to play for SGN The Light in Atlanta. As producer of the nationally syndicated KD Bowe Morning show, Jojo got his first taste of Gospel radio.

In 2008, he moved back to New Orleans to become Program Director at Praise 94.9 FM.
He hired Jazzy Jenn and they went on to be nominated for 2 Stellar Awards and won the second time.

Got hired as Production Manager at KMEZ 102.9 and did a evening shift as well.  Jojo Also worked as a local manager for Tony Gray’s Smooth Jazz 95.3. He then did middays with Jazzy Jenn, as she served as Operations Manager at WLNO.

Now Jazzy Jenn and I are co-owners of Praise 247no.com. God Be Praised!
